CaixaBank opens its ‘All in One’ center in Burgos

CaixaBank today officially presented its ‘all in one’ center in Burgos, located in the Casa del Cordón, at an opening ceremony before managers, businessmen and representatives of various sectors and institutions of society in Castilla y León. The Burgos ‘all in one’ centre, with more than 2,500 square metres, has all the elements of design, technology and specialized attention that make it a new concept of financial services experience that is unique in Europe, created by CaixaBank with the aim of that the visit of the clients becomes “a special and totally different moment”.

The center is the first of this concept in Castilla y León and the fifth in all of Spain, after the openings in Valencia, Barcelona, ​​Madrid and Ibiza. The ‘all in one’ Burgos is located in the Casa del Cordón, Palace of the Constables of Castile from the 15th century, and headquarters of the Territorial Management of CaixaBank in Castile and León.

A team of 79 professionals offers specialized attention to all business segments, both individuals (with expert managers in retail banking, Premier Banking and Private Banking) and professionals (self-employed, micro-enterprises, companies and institutions). The service offering includes specific service areas designed for each type of customer, more than 21 offices for private meetings and the latest technology, such as ATMs with facial recognition or an advanced self-check-in system that allows customers to be quickly identified and notify the managers upon arrival.

The inauguration of ‘all in one’ Burgos was chaired by CaixaBank’s Business General Manager, Juan Antonio Alcaraz; the territorial director of CaixaBank in Castilla y León, Belén Martín; and the deputy mayor of Burgos, David Jurado. In addition, it was attended by the director of the ‘all in one’ Burgos, Mónica Santamaría, along with other directors of the entity.

During the presentation, Juan Antonio Alcaraz highlighted that “with the ‘all in one’ model, CaixaBank once again promotes innovation in the physical branch channel, after being the first entity to bet on the transformation of traditional bank branches in 2013 with the design of the first Store offices, which in a few years have become a standard for the entire sector”. In this sense, Alcaraz underlined how this new space represents a unique innovation project: “We have combined design, technology and customer knowledge to create an absolutely exclusive model”.

For the regional director of CaixaBank in Castilla y León, “this Burgos ‘all in one’ financial services center once again demonstrates the institution’s commitment to all our customers in the autonomous community, since it is about an office that wants to be much more than an office, and in which all the businesses come together in a single space such as the Casa del Cordón”. “It is aimed at all types of customers and not only offers the best financial services, but also valuable content at the service of CaixaBank customers,” said Martín.

For his part, the deputy mayor of Burgos stated that “in these moments of recovery, after two years of the pandemic, banks play a very important role in supporting the private sector.” “Tools that facilitate communication between entities and companies, such as this ‘all in one’ office, are a good initiative for Burgos,” he pointed out.

Within the framework of the official inauguration, various activities were held in which numerous clients from all the entity’s business segments participated. During the day, two ‘CaixaBank Talks’ were offered, presentation sessions by prestigious experts, according to the financial institution.

The first of them dealt with digital transformation and the metaverse, by Javier Sirvent, scientific and technological disseminator, considered one of the most privileged brains in the world in exponential technologies. And, the second, revolved around the importance of learning to live longer and better, given by Edgar Tarrés, trainer for companies and universities.

Those attending the inauguration were also able to participate in gastronomic experiences accompanied by live music, with a professional barista who prepared special recipes with food pairings, and the young singer-songwriter from Burgos, Daniel Gloves. In addition, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy an immersive experience in the virtual world of the metaverse.
